Isaac Rapson

I started my career at 14 working in a barbers which is where I developed my social skills with customers/clients, from there I went onto working at Channels wedding venue for over 2 years, which is how I harnessed my social skills and the ability for understand customers wants and needs. My first year of being at Channels I was promoted to supervisor and towards the end of my time there I was able to reach management level where I started my training as a junior wedding manager. During my time at Channels I attended Colchester institute for 2 years where I studied Level 3 business and finance in which I was able to attain a Merit. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, so much so, that, at the end of my course I started looking for a stable job that I can excel in. I started my sales career with a company known as Maine Capital, in this company we specialised in the whiskey market where we offered cask investments and multiple ISA options, I fell in love with the alternative investment industry within a couple of weeks and knew that this was my path. Following this I am proud to say I saw a opportunity with New Capital Link in which I am now a junior account manager for New Capital Link where I am further developing my skills.
