Georgina started her career as a Volunteer Youth and Community Worker, operating on the streets of the London Borough of Havering, while simultaneously studying for her Degree in Youth and Community where she gained a BA Hons.–– She went on to Harringay Council where she managed a detached youth work team and set up a Pupil Referral Unit, working closely with people from diverse backgrounds with an array of social issues, she then moved on to become a Youth & Community Development Officer for Southern Housing covering London and the Southeast of England – networking with various trusts and care teams. Following this wide-ranging success, Government budget cuts forced a change of direction and Georgina went on to pursue her growing interest in the property sector. At Savills, Georgina quickly progressed as one of the top estate agents in the group. She then followed her dreams of working abroad, accepting an offer to work with a leading real estate agency in Madrid, building a solid reputation as a hard worker and a fiercely competitive negotiator. Utilising her perfect fluency in Spanish, Georgina then progressed into the banking industry for BBVA in Barcelona where she managed ex-pat accounts. Georgina was then headhunted by Deutsche Bank where she continued to provide profitable outcomes for her clients as an Investment Specialist.
